Dhashwin Builders

In June 2018, a young dynamic Civil Engineer started the firm named “Vinoth Construction” at the service of repair and renovation works, interior and waterproofing.

Step forward as a builder to start a contract for a villa (2300 SFT) for our dear client Mr. Ramasamy (Bhaggayam Developers) at Varadharajapuram, near Mudichur, Chennai in January 2019.

At the same period of covid-19, Dhashwin Builders managed to do the construction of 6 villas successfully with great effort and commitment towards work.

Our experience is a combination of skills, technology, talent and dedication, united and strengthened by an ethical principle.

This effort surprised us to win another award for a 4800 SFT construction contractand reach the next stage by completing the 8-month offered by the Guru Seva Trustconstruction program at the Chennai location
N. Vinothkumar, a native of Viralimalai near Trichy, won the award as an engineer in 2011. Over the past 14 years, he has extensive experience inthe construction of residential, hospitals, commercial complex projects. Honest,goal-oriented, personable, and able to manage multifaceted projects, suppliersand teams.
